This form should only be completed by those students who have enrolled in LU Tuition Lock who decide they do not wish to continue to participate.
This opt-out request will remove me from the LU Tuition Lock option and I will be assessed the published current Texas State tuition and fee rate for each semester I enroll and attend Lamar University.
I understand the if the form is submitted no later than noon on the 12th class day in fall and spring semester and the 4th class day in the summer semester, I will be assessed the current published rate for that semester. If the form is submitted after the stated time and class days, I will be assessed the LU Tuition Lock for the current semester, and the published rate for each subsequent semester I enroll and attend at Lamar University.
I understand by choosing to opt out of LU Tuition Lock, I will no longer be eligible of the plan in future semesters.
This opt-out form will be processed within 3 business days of receipt o the completed form.
